With 20 years of global experience across Product Design Leadership, Design Research and building award-winning user experience teams, I offer personalized coaching to help new and emerging leaders find their authentic voice. My coaching combines strategic foresight methodology with operational leadership experience, grounded in evidence-based approaches.

My 1-on-1 coaching programs are especially tailored for professionals who sometimes feel like a "fish out of water" in our industry. Speaking from hard-earned direct experience, navigating leadership in tech from an LGBTQ+ background brings unique challenges. The coping mechanisms we developed while understanding ourselves or trying to "fit in" during our formative years often don't serve us well in professional environments, particularly when working with colleagues who may never have needed to engage in serious self-reflection.

How it works

I offer free 45 minute 1-1 discovery calls online for those who’d like to learn more about the coaching process and whether my services may be a fit for their needs.

If we decide we’d like to proceed, I write up a brief plan and we start tackling change. I offer packages of 4-6 sessions at a time, and am happy to do ad-hoc coaching as may be needed.
